Let chicken sit in saltwater for 10 minutes to brine (optional). Pat dry and coat in olive oil and salt.

Cooking Methods

for 6–8 ounces. Cook longer for larger amounts and shorter for smaller amounts.

Bake

425º for 16–20 minutes until the internal temperature is 165º.

Grill

Pre-heat grill on medium-high for 5 minutes and grill chicken breast under direct heat for 10 minutes each side until the internal temperature reaches 165º.
